Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 14, 2023, Paul Galvin, the Chief Executive Officer of Safe & Green Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) loaned $75,000 to the Company. The loan was evidenced by a promissory note (the “Note”). The Note will be interest free (subject, however to any interest which may be imputed under applicable income tax laws) and is due and payable by December 14, 2024.
The foregoing summary of the Note is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Note, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
