(“Company”) hereby informs its shareholders, the market and other interested parties that on February 27, 2014, the Company prepaid the loan contracted from Banco Inbursa S.A., in the principal amount of one hundred million dollars (US$100,000,000.00), plus interests and premium, totaling two hundred and forty-four million, twenty-seven thousand nine hundred eighty-nine reais twenty-three centavos (R$244.027.989,23).
