On June 13, 2008, iGate Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the commencement of operations at its new Australian-based facility in Ballarat, Victoria. The new facility will primarily focus on servicing Australian financial services and government clients, including the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (“RTBA”) of the Government of Victoria, which awarded the Company a contract after a competitive bidding process. A copy of the press release related to the new facility is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
