Jerry Weiss has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer of Freddie Mac (formally the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) since August 2010 and as our Interim General Counsel since March 2021. On February 14, 2022, Freddie Mac announced that Heidi Mason will join Freddie Mac as Executive Vice President and General Counsel, effective March 7, 2022. Ms. Mason will succeed Mr. Weiss with respect to his role as Interim General Counsel. Mr. Weiss will continue serving as Freddie Mac’s Chief Administrative Officer.
