On or about July 26, 2019, Euro Tech Holdings Company Limited (the "Registrant") caused to be sent to its shareholders of record as of July 22, 2019 copies of its Annual Report on Form 20-F for its fiscal year ended December 31, 2018, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on May 14, 2019 and a Notice of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on August 22, 2019 (“Meeting”) in Hong Kong, a Proxy Statement and Proxy Card with regard to the Meeting.
