Item 8.01. Other Events.
On October 24, 2007, we amended our Executive Employment Agreement with Charlie Gugliuzza. Pursuant to that Agreement, effective November 5, 2007, Mr. Gugliuzza’s position as President of our Company converted into a consulting role. On December 1, 2007, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, we sent 30 days written notice to Mr. Gugliuzza terminating his consulting role effective December 31, 2007.
