Item 8.01. Other Events
On July 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of CoBiz Financial Inc. declared a $0.10 cash dividend on its common stock for the third quarter of 2018. This dividend will be paid on August 6, 2018 to shareholders of record on July 30, 2018.
