On December 15, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has received preliminary approval from the U.S. Department of the Treasury to participate in its voluntary Capital Purchase Program. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
