On March 19, 2009, CoBiz Financial Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors reduced the Company’s quarterly common stock dividend from $0.07 to $0.01 per share, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
