ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: PPBI), the holding company of Pacific Premier Bank, announced today that Steven R. Gardner, President and Chief Executive Officer, will participate in the Raymond James U.S. Bank Conference on September 9, 2015. Conference attendance is by invitation only and will be held at the JW Marriott Hotel in Chicago, IL. Mr. Gardner will hold a series of meetings with institutional investors while at the conference.
