Item 8.01. Other Information.
On February 16, 2012, Sussex Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the promotion of Kurt Breitenstein to Chief Lending Officer of Sussex Bank(the “Bank”). In his role as the Bank’s Chief Lending Officer, Kurt will oversee lending activities throughout the Bank’s operational footprint, including seven experienced commercial lenders and lending offices in Franklin and Rochelle Park. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01.
