The Nominating and Compensation Committee of Syntroleum Corporation has approved salary increases for John B. Holmes, Jr., the Chief Executive Officer and President of Syntroleum Corporation and Edward G. Roth, Senior Vice President of Syntroleum Corporation. The annual base salary of Mr. Holmes, Jr. was increased to $255,000, and the annual base salary of Mr. Roth was increased to $200,000. These salary increases were effective as of July 1, 2005.
