Item 8.01 Other Events.
Form 10-K/A amends the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010 (the "Original Report") and is being filed by Syntroleum Corporation to correct a clerical error that occured in the filing of the Original Report.
There was an omission of the auditing firm's name on the annual report of Dynamic Fuels LLC, which was filed as exhibit 99.3 to our Original Report. The corrected exhibit 99.3 is attached to the Amendment on Form 10-K/A. No other changes have been made in our previously filed Annual Report.
The Form 10-K/A was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 18, 2011.
