Item 8.01 Other Events.
In December, the Dynamic Fuels Geismar Plant produced 4.4 million gallons of renewable fuel products, compared to production of 1.9, 3.4 and 3.1 million gallons of renewable products produced in September, October and November, respectively. The plant experienced 6 days of down time and ran an average of 88% of design capacity the other 25 days. The plant’s design capacity is 75 million gallons per year.
