On October 27, 2006, the Registrant announced that Ronald D. Wilkinson, who is currently serving as Corporate Vice President and Director of Product Supply at Ralston Foods and The Carriage House Companies, Inc., will assume the role of President of Bremner, Inc. and Nutcracker Brands, Inc. The Registrant also announced that Richard R. Koulouris, who is currently serving as a Corporate Vice President and President of Bremner, Inc. and Nutcracker Brands, Inc. will assume the newly created position of President of The Carriage House Companies, Inc. These changes will become effective December 1, 2006. Mr. Wilkinson and Mr. Koulouris will maintain their roles as Corporate Vice Presidents.
