In a press release dated November 14, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and the text of which is incorporated by reference herein, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors has set Wednesday, November 28, 2007 as the record date for the 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. In the press release, the Registrant also announced it will release its earnings for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 and outlook for fiscal 2008 at approximately 6:30 a.m. (Eastern) on Thursday, November 15, 2007.
