Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
On January 6, 2017,Thomas J. Jurewicznotified ModSys International Ltd. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective on January 6, 2017. On January 7, 2017,Brian Crynesnotified the Company of his resignation from the Board, effective on January 7, 2017. The directors did not resign due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
