Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
At a meeting held on April 22, 2008, the Board of Directors of GS Financial Corp. (the “Company”) approved a quarterly cash dividend of $.10 per share. By press release dated April 23, 2008, the Company announced the declaration of the quarterly cash dividend, which is payable on May 21, 2008 to shareholders of record on May 6, 2008.
