Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 29, 2004, the Registrant issued a press release to report its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2004. In addition, the Registrant provided revised guidance on 2004 interest income and interest expense. A copy of the press release is attached to this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
