Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
(b) On April 13, 2007, Jonathan M. Rothberg, Ph.D. voluntarily resigned as a director of CuraGen Corporation effective immediately. The Board of Directors has thanked Dr. Rothberg for his service to CuraGen.
