On February 14, 2012, William F. Overacre (70), notified the Board of Directors of Pinnacle Bankshares Corporation (the “Company”) that he intends to retire from the Board of Directors of the Company and from the Board of Directors of the Company’s banking subsidiary, First National Bank (the “Bank”), immediately following the 2012 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 10, 2012. The Company and the Bank are grateful to Mr. Overacre for his many years of dedicated service.
