ITEM 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On June 12, 2007, Mr. Acks resigned as a director of the Company. Mr. Acks has been a Board member since October 2006 and was a member of the Compensation Committee of the Company. Mr. Acks has served as President of RMC Capital, LLC, an investment company, since it’s inception in March 1998. On May 30, 2007, RMC Capital, LLC sold its investment in Notify to 21X, Investments.
