Common Units granted to the Reporting Person under the 2016 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") for service as an independent director on the board of TransMontaigne GP L.L.C., the general partner of TransMontaigne Partners L.P. The Issuer has no directors or officers. Instead, the directors and officers of the general partner oversee and manage the Issuers business and operations.
