Segment Information | Segment Information The Company operates in a single operating segment that encompasses the design, manufacturing and marketing of peripherals for PCs, tablets and other digital platforms. Operating performance measures are provided directly to the Company's CEO, who is considered to be the Company’s Chief Operating Decision Maker. The CEO periodically reviews information such as sales and adjusted operating income (loss) to make business decisions. These operating performance measures do not include restructuring charges, net, share-based compensation expense, amortization of intangible assets, acquisition-related costs and change in fair value of contingent consideration from business acquisition.
