CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBCAST ON MARCH 8TH;
COMMENCES TRADING ON THE NASDAQ CAPITAL MARKET
DALLAS, TEXAS. (February 27, 2007) --- Silverleaf Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: SVLF) (“Silverleaf”) today announced that its common stock will commence trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol “SVLF” on February 28, 2007.

Earnings Release and Conference Call
Silverleaf also announced that it plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006 on Wednesday, March 7, 2007, after the market closes. In addition, the Company plans to host a conference call and Webcast to review these results at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, March 8, 2007.
