On March 21, 2011, Charles V. Bergh informed VF Corporation (“VF”) that, for personal reasons, he would not stand for reelection as a director of VF when his current term ends at VF’s annual meeting of shareholders on April 26, 2011. The Board of Directors acknowledged Mr. Bergh’s outstanding service during his years on the Board of Directors.
