The reported price for the share sales made on November 16, 2022 is based on prices ranging from a low of $13.9700 per share to a high of $14.0700 per share. The reporting person undertakes to provide to SLR Investment Corp. (the "Issuer"), any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price set forth above.
