On November 12, 2015, the board of directors of Bay Banks of Virginia, Inc. (the “Company”), authorized the extension of its repurchase program through December 31, 2016. The repurchase program, approved in December of 2014, authorized the repurchase of up to 5%, a total of 240,892 shares, of its outstanding common stock. Currently, 197,892 shares remain available for repurchase.
