Bay Banks of Virginia, Inc. (OTCBB: BAYK, the “Company”), parent company of Bank of Lancaster and Bay Trust Company, reported actions approved at their Annual Stockholders Meeting held on May 19, 2008 include re-election of Austin L. Roberts, III and Robert J. Wittman to the Board of Directors of Bay Banks of Virginia. Roberts currently serves as President & CEO of the parent company and the Bank, and Wittman is a member of the U. S. House of Representatives representing the 1st District of Virginia. Additionally, stockholders ratified the 2008 Non-Employee Directors Stock Option Plan and the selection of Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C. as the Company’s auditors.
