On April 26, 2007, Fisher Communications, Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results relating to its first quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
On April 26, 2007, the Board of Directors of Fisher Communications, Inc. adopted a resolution approving new Bylaws for the corporation. A copy of the Bylaws is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
