On December 4, 2008, the Board of Directors of CommScope, Inc. approved a form of Amended and Restated Severance Protection Agreement (the “Severance Agreement”). A Form 8-K was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on December 9, 2008 with respect to the approval of the Agreement.
