FNCB Bancorp, Inc. Increases Third Quarter Dividend 33%
Dunmore, Pa., July 26, 2018/Globe Newswire/—The Board of Directors of FNCB Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:FNCB) today declared a dividend of $0.04 per share for the third quarter of 2018, representing a 33.3% increase over the $0.03 per share dividend declared for the same quarter of 2017. Year to date 2018 dividends declared total $0.12 per share, an increase of $0.03 per share, or 33.3%, compared to $0.09 per share for the same period of 2017. The dividend is payable September 17, 2018 to shareholders of record September 4, 2018.
