Explanation of Responses:

1. The time-based common stock vest in five (5) equal annual installments which begin 5/15/2024, 5/15/2025, 5/15/2026, 5/15/2027 and 5/15/2028.

2. This amount includes 25,724 shares of time-based restricted common stock solely owned by Mr. Bone; 19,114.6080 shares held jointly with his spouse; 6,099.50 shares co-owned with Mr. Bone's father and siblings; and 17,611.0872 shares owned solely by Mr. Bone which includes 6.1310 shares acquired in March 2023 under the DRP.

3. This amount includes 12.3850 shares acquired in March 2023 under the DRP.
