AssistGlobal Announces Granting of Stock Options
and Retaining of Investors Relations Firm
Vancouver, BC – August 26, 2004, – AssistGlobal Technologies Corp. (CNQ: AGBT.U and NASD OTC BB: AGBTF)(the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has granted to officers, directors and consultants 1,150,000 stock options under its Stock Option Plan. The stock options will be exercisable for a period of five years at a price of US$0.15 per share for 1,050,000 of the options and at US$0.25 per share for 100,000 of the options.
Separately, the Company is also pleased to announce it has retained 4P Management Partners S.A. of Zurich, Switzerland, for an initial period of six months to provide services in the area of investor communications, media relations and introductions to key banking and/or investment funds. For their services, 4P Management Partners will be compensated by the Company through the issuance from treasury of 100,000 common shares with a four month hold period and the issuance of 100,000 common shares with a twelve month hold period.
