Item 8.01: Other Events
On June 4, 2020, AeroCentury Corp. (the “Company”) announced that it had postponed the Company’s 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”), previously scheduled for June 9, 2020, and with respect to which the Company had filed a definitive proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 1, 2020. The Annual Meeting will now take place on September 15, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time at the Embassy Suites Hotel – San Francisco Airport Waterfront, 150 Anza Blvd, Burlingame, California 94010. The Annual Meeting will be held for the election of directors and for the transaction of other business which may properly come before the Annual Meeting. At a later date, the Company will file supplementary proxy materials which will contain additional information about the Annual Meeting, including the new record date for the Annual Meeting.
