NII Holdings Announces Pricing of New Offering of 7.625% Senior
Notes due 2021
RESTON, VA – December 5, 2011 –NII Holdings, Inc. [NASDAQ: NIHD] today announced the pricing of the offering, through its wholly owned subsidiary NII Capital Corp., of $700 million principal amount of 7.625% Senior Notes due 2021. The issue price to the public is 98.5% of the principal amount of the notes. The sale of the notes is expected to close on or about December 8, 2011. The notes will be issued by NII Capital Corp. and guaranteed by NII Holdings and certain of NII Holdings’ other United States subsidiaries. The notes are an additional issuance of, will be fully fungible with, rank equally with and form a single series with the $750 million of our 7.625% Senior Notes due 2021 initially issued on March 29, 2011.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co., and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the notes offering.
