Base Salaries
On March 1, 2016, the Compensation Committee of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc.'s (the "Company") Board of Directors approved the 2016 base salaries for the Company's Named Executive Officers.
The base salaries for 2016 are set forth below, with approximate U.S. dollar equivalents based on the average exchange rate for 2015:
