On April 15, 2020, Arch Coal, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a change in the location of its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). Further information regarding the change in the location of the Annual Meeting can be found in the proxy statement supplement filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 15, 2020.
