Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 6, 2009, Clarient, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s results of operations for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
Also on May 6, 2009 at 2:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time, the Company held a conference call to discuss operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this report.
