(e) On January 7, 2008, base salaries of the following executive officers were increased effective as of January 1, 2008: Jerome Shaw, Executive Vice President, from an annual rate of $520,000 a year to an annual rate of $540,800 a year and Thomas Daley, Senior Vice President, from an annual rate of $350,000 a year to an annual rate of $364,000 a year.
