Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 28, 2021, the board of directors of SmartFinancial, Inc. (“SmartFinancial”) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of SmartFinancial common stock (the “Dividend”) payable on November 29, 2021, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 12, 2021. On October 29, 2021, SmartFinancial issued a press release announcing the Dividend. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
