1. 13,774 restricted shares were granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2016 Incentive Plan on June 28, 2021. The shares will vest on June 17, 2024, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service on the Issuer's board on such date.

2. Includes restricted share units, which vest over various time periods.

3. The shares are held by Caribe BioAdvisors, LLC, of which Mr. Weiss is the sole member.
