Item 8.01		Other Events
		On May 13, 2024, we announced that we have agreed to acquire a system of natural gas liquids pipelines from Easton Energy, a Houston-based midstream company, for approximately $280 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments. We expect to close the transaction mid-year 2024. Closing is subject to customary conditions including termination or expiration of the waiting periods under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
