Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On July 18, 2007, Mr. Fu Wan Chung, Simon, resigned as the Registrant’s Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Registrant’s board of directors.
This resignation was not the result of any disagreement known to any executive officer of the Registrant on matters related to its operations, policies or practices.
Pending the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer, the Registrant’s Chairman, Mr. Huang Tao, will be the acting CFO.
