Third Announcement Regarding Delisting American Depositary Receipts from NASDAQ and
Deregistration under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934
As previously announced on April 2, 2013, we hereby announce that we have filed on April 15, 2013 (U.S. time) an application (Form 25) to delist our American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) from the NASDAQ Stock Market (“NASDAQ”).
Currently, our ADRs are traded on the OTCQB Marketplace. We anticipate that the delisting of our ADRs from NASDAQ will become effective as of April 25, 2013, and our ADRs thereafter will be traded on the OTCQX Marketplace.
