The following are the voting results on each matter submitted to the Company’s shareholders at the Company’s Annual Shareholder Meeting held on May 22, 2012. The proposals below are described in detail in the Company’s Proxy Statement which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, 2012. At the Annual Meeting, all of the proposals were approved.
