Intellicheck Mobilisa, Inc (the “Company”) is filing this Form 8-K to report that on the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, the Board of Directors appointed Michael D. Malone, Vice Admiral, US Navy, Retired, as a member of the Board of Directors, effective as of July 1, 2011.
Admiral Malone has no family relationships with any Intellicheck Mobilisa directors or executive officers.
A press release announcing Admiral Malone’s election to the Board of Directors is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
