Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 30, 2017, the Intellicheck, Inc. (the “Company”) and Bill White, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to Mr. White’s Separation Agreement, previously filed as Exhibit 99.4 to the Company’s Form 10-Q filed November 4, 2014 (the “Separation Agreement”).
The Amendment changes the term of the payment of severance benefits (salary and benefits) in certain instances from twelve (12) months to twenty-four (24) months. Otherwise, the other terms of the Separation Agreement remain unchanged.
