Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On September 15, 2004, AFC Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Dick Holbrook, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, will be resigning his position, effective at the end of the year 2004. Mr. Holbrook will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors into 2005. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
