On April 30, 2007, Corillian Corporation (“Corillian”) issued a press release announcing that its shareholders approved the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of February 13, 2007, among Corillian, CheckFree Corporation (“CheckFree”) and a wholly owned subsidiary of CheckFree, at the special meeting of shareholders held on April 30, 2007.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
